He has had only pleasant, good reports, and autographs, from meeting (sometimes even looking after) Megadeath, Kiss, Black Label Society, Steve Vai, Satriani, Lamb of God, Motorhead, Alice Cooper, Motley Crue, Pearl Jam, Saxon, Hell Yeah, Ozzy..... You get the idea. No judgements my dears, just a report, but this was Tom's experience with Dave. Jim and Atomic Bob were wonderful to everyone, and full appreciation for their time from those who met them out in the club after the show. As far as the show.. to wonderful. Sound was awesome, Daves voice was brilliant, Bob, Jim and Phil were intense a real powerhouse that drove the band on. Ed just did his thing. Simply a report. Dick move, but that's the risk you take when meeting your heroes.

Down to earth, and into the same shit we are into---very easy to talk to. I wonder: if Dave told that dude to fuck off (assuming that second hand story is all true), was it maybe the Limp Biscuit shirt he was wearing? Or the fact that he was an overwhelming mess of a fanboy? Or the fact that---well, fuck: Dude was talking to chicks...probably trying to line something up. That fanboy was cockblocking. Dude definately shouldve been told to get the fuck out.....NEVER cock block. (Its in the 'Men Rulebook'---page 37, paragraph 4---sentences 2 and 3 specifically address this) I dont blame Dave at all. He----or ANY musician----owes us nothing as fans. He makes art, we choose to like it, and thats that. We arent 'due' any favors, nor should we expect any 'instant friend bonding'. We just don't know all the ins and outs of this meeting with Dave. Personnally, my two friends and I met dave after the Koko's show, and he was really polite and devoted us 3/4 minutes of his time, took pictures and signed our stuffs. He didn't have at all this " rockstar attitude " you're complaining about. And the way he recieved us makes me hard to imagine that he sometimes can behave that way...
