Final appraisal on the property came in today. We're closing on the construction & mortgage loan next week and the house-building begins the week
after. It's been a son-of-a-bitch to get all this stuff done--designing, picking shit out, dealing with the paperwork and BIG GOVERNMENT.
But red & I are totally stoked to be right on the path we plotted 4 years ago.
We are building our own piece of the American Dream together--finally.
Cheers--We're going to get drunk and celebrate. Blast off a few rounds from the 12-gauge, do some donuts in the field and piss on a bonfire. What the hell else do ya need?
